Delivered jobs are archived automatically after 24 hours. The pickup address is kept; the drop-off is reduced to its postcode, and contacts and notes are permanently removed. Archived jobs are deleted completely 12 months after delivery.

Changing the role signs them out. A rider's jobs still waiting to be collected are unassigned. Changing to rider removes super administrator.

Delete account permanently

This removes 's account for good. It cannot be undone, and they cannot be recovered by reactivating.

Their sign-in, password and two-factor setup are gone.
Past jobs and the audit log keep their name as plain text, since those are a record of what happened.
Any job still linked to them becomes unassigned.
